Great news for The Lenham School
Valley Invicta Academies Trust is delighted to announce that The Lenham School has been chosen as part of the Schools Rebuilding Programme (SRP).
The Lenham School is one of just eight schools in Kent to be picked, six of which are primary schools.
Full details are yet to be confirmed but the SRP focuses on schools in need of major refurbishment or re-building of current buildings, so the project will be of significant benefit to The Lenham School students, staff and visitors.
Helen Whatley MP will visited the school this afternoon (Friday 16 December) to confirm the announcement.
Valley Invicta Academies Trust CEO, Julie Derrick, said, “We are absolutely thrilled to hear that The Lenham School has been chosen as part of the Schools Rebuilding Programme. The difference this major investment project will make to all our students, staff and visitors alike, is immeasurable. It’s the best Christmas present we could have hoped for.’
