Festival a huge success!
Celebrating creativity in all forms, the VIAT Festival of Creativity was a huge success!
On Saturday 8 July, pupils and students from across all the VIAT schools enjoyed a range of events and experiences at the Festival of Creativity. They were thrilled to learn new freestyle football skills from professional freestyler Jamie Knight, experience the phenomenal range of music that was on offer throughout the day, and watch engaging drama performances and literature talks in the drama tent!
There was also a special visit from KMfm's Chelsea Little who hosted the hit 'Say It' competition on stage and recorded shout-outs that went out live on the KMfm Breakfast Show.
At 3pm, there was an unforgettable moment when pupils from across the Valley Invicta Primary Schools performed a beautiful rendition of ‘Somewhere Only We Know’ for their first ever joint choir performance.
It was such a joy to see so many prospective, current and former students celebrating creativity and enjoying all of the events that students and staff had worked so hard towards.
A massive well done to everyone involved and an even bigger thank you to all who came along!
