Holborough Lakes Ofsted - Good!

Following an Ofsted ungraded (Section 8) inspection on 30 and 31 January, this year, we're delighted that Valley Invicta Primary School at Holborough Lakes retained its Good grading.

The Trust is also very pleased that the inspector felt that the evidence gathered suggested that the grade might be Outstanding if a graded (Section 5) inspection was carried out now. This means that Ofsted will return to the school within the next 13 months to carry out a graded (Section 5) inspection.

Huge congratulations to everyone at Holborough Lakes for their hard work and tireless efforts which resulted in this very positive outcome.

The report stated:

‘Pupils flourish at this warm and inviting school.’

‘The school is passionate about helping all pupils to achieve their best. Trusting and caring relationships exist among staff and pupils.’

‘Behaviour across the school is exemplary and learning in lessons is rarely disrupted.’
